The feed contains 3.5+ GB (400+ MB Compressed size) per hour of data. The table below contains the fields, descriptions, examples, notes, and potential use cases of the currently available data. Other potential variables available upon request.

FINGERPRINT

Combines approximately 20 different digital variables to create a fingerprint of the device.  Example variables: User Agent + Plugins + Platform + Time Zone + Etc.

ASNUM

Autonomous system number (ASN) of the IP.  A numeric value that uniquely identifies each network on the internet.

The company or organization that an internet connection originated from.

CONNECTION TYPE

Connection type is how the device connected to the internet: WIFI, Other (includes local cable, VPN, etc.), Cellular, or Cannot Verify.

Company that manufactured the device used.

Samsung

The device vendor is inferred from patterns identified in device model names. It may not accurately detect vendors for brands with unique/random naming conventions.

PLUGINS

List of all detected installed browser extension plugins identified on the end user’s machine (e.g., Chrome PDF Viewer, Shockwave Flash, Citrix Receiver, Salesforce, Facebook Video Calling Plugin)

RESOLUTION

Device's display resolution.

Screen width_height_pixel ratio. The first value will always be the lower in case of orientation. Available on some data starting in December 2018.

Some devices (e.g., iOS) do not include a model in their user agent string but it's possible to make an assumption based on screen resolution. The iPhone 7-8 Plus have a resolution of 414x736, for example.

The source port used by client.

BANDWIDTH

The mobile communications standard (referring to the speed of wireless Internet access).

4G

Cellular bandwidth is available on data beginning May 30, 2019 and may not be available for all records. Current functionality to detect 2G, 3G, and 4G. Ability to detect 5G coming soon.

Track different internet access speeds and implementations across Telecoms and geographic regions.
